As a Cash & Banking Administrator, you’ll bring reconciliation experience in a finance role, a good understanding of accounting principles surrounding cash management and be literate with standard Windows software. You will be computer literate with financial systems, great time management skills and a first-class level of communication.
Your role will be to maintain the cash books for our business areas. You will have experience in cash & banking or perhaps studying in finance looking for a first step in your career.
As our Cash & Banking Administrator, you will:
- Complete of the bank reconciliations within the set deadlines.
- Post transactions and investigation of any payments made without remittances.
- Ensure that cheques received at Central Office are posted accordingly.
- Record payments taken by the sites, posting adjustments when necessary.
- Work from excel reports and paper remittances, posting payments individually to client accounts.
- Ensure that payments are posted accurately and within the set deadlines.
