Salary Range: Depending on Experience

Aareon UK have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Analyst to join our ERP Operations service. This is a newly created position and an exciting opportunity to join us and really shape our service as we continue on our journey to create the best possible product for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to;
• Investigate incidents and apply resolution(s) accordingly, utilising tools provided and other documentation as necessary in resolving or reproducing issues • Incident Management – Taking full-lifecycle ownership of allocated incident tickets, and ensuring timely and complete resolution in line with Aareon SLA levels • Provide clear, concise and relevant information when defining a software faut/requirement to assist with handover and escalation to internal teams where necessary • Be a strong advocate of the Aareon UK values within day-to-day operations and communications with clients & third-parties. • Ensure user / customer satisfaction is maintained through the lifecycle of the incident workflow . • Support, promote and cooperate with fellow employees in the attainment of Aareon’s goals and objectives to provide a quality service to customers. • Provide continual feedback to management on product improvement and value streams • Act as a mentor to analyst & associate-level members of staff, and to peers in cross-training exercises to expand overall knowledge base.

Qualifications / Personal Skill Set:

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, adapting to all levels of audience • Possesses the ability to stay focused when under pressure • Strong emotional intelligence • Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies • Energetic and friendly, upbeat personality with a very positive “can-do” attitude

Technical Skill Set:

• Deep Understanding & demonstrable experience of SQL-backed software, • Main systems integration methods (Web API, Local API, Database access, Flat file) • Microsoft .Net • Networking fundamentals • SQL • XML • C#

Desirable Skill Set:

• Experience /Knowledge of Social Housing or equivalent area • Experience/Knowledge of Aareon Software (QL/1 st Touch/ Versaa ) or similar • Demonstrable experience of translating problems and updates into written form in a structured manner and delivering both internal and external. • 1 st /2 nd Line Application Support experience • Experience of Service Desk Management software • Natural analytical and problem solving attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
