Achieve targeted sales revenue, whilst maximising profit margins.
Managing your territory to ensure effective coverage of account base.
Aligning knowledge gained from the local and national market to support the company and its customers.
Establishing and maintaning effective relationships with all stakeholders to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of products and services.
Develop & implement a commercial strategy to generate strong & sustainable growth in the area.
Utilise business tools such as CRM and Power BI to ensure the commerical targets are achieved and that performance against these targets is regularly assessed.
Endeavouring to seek oportunities for business opportunities, developing a network of good leads and referrals, as well as chances to increase revenue throughout the selling process.
Proven field sales experience, managing and growing a territory in a similiar role such as Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.
Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and develop account plans, in conjunction with the sales director and other departments.
Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products through positive relationships with your customers.
Executing the Commercial strategy in line with company vision and goals.
Increasing business opportunities and sales through various routes to market.
Previous sales management experience (3 years minimum)
A passion for sales and customer service.
Customer orientation and quality service.
Indefinite contract.
Work in a collaborative environment surrounded by staff who will help you grow professionally.
