As a SharePoint Specialist, you will be required to work on the complete delivery of SharePoint Online projects and play a pivotal role in enabling collaboration and knowledge sharing within an organization.
Your responsibilities encompass designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites that serve as intranet portals.
Analysing business needs, gathering requirements, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint solutions and Power Platform applications to enhance team collaboration, meet business needs and streamline business processes.
Providing advice on business process improvements using SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Promote, establish, and enforce SharePoint governance policies and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SharePoint.
Administer and support SharePoint environments, including installing patches and upgrades.
Monitor sites and solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Providing technical support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform users.
Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommending improvements to existing systems.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or an equivalent experience
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position as a Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of Power BI is beneficial).
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Frameworks and SQL Server.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery and Web Services.
Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Effective project management and ability to work with deadlines, proactive and ambitious.
A creative mindset with good analytical and troubleshooting skills and attention to verbal or written detail.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness for occasional travel to company sites to work closely with project teams.
