Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Contracts Support Administrator to join our team in Tunbridge. As a key member of our Contracts team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of our contracts, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration: Assist in the administration of contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.

Contractual Compliance: Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and deadlines, flagging any deviations or discrepancies for resolution.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Data Entry and Reporting: Input contract data into systems accurately and generate reports as needed to track contract status and performance.

Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to facilitate effective contract management processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tunbridge.
