Field Sales Executives - Connect Fibre £28,000 Base + £3,000 Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £45-£50k but unrestricted) Southend- On- Sea area, Essex Connect Fibre is a rapidly expanding and exciting new business offering the very latest 'Full Fibre' to homes and businesses across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential. Our product sells itself We now seek a dynamic, ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team. The Role You will play a pivotal role in our mission to give the UK faultless broadband with unprecedented speeds. We have a revolutionary, premium, future-proof product that is fairer, faster and flawless for our customer. Be the face of Connect Fibre and generate leads and interest in your area. You will reach-out to communities and show them the incredible benefits of our product and how it will enhance their lives. Deliver Broadband consultations to customers and upsell via door to door sales As an ambassador, you will build a rapport for customers and 'wow them' with our product. Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Become expert in our products (excellent training given). Network, host and contribute to events in your area. Exceed your own sales targets. Build trust and best practice and customer service. Deliver the company's KPIs. The Candidate We're looking for Sales-People who want to become experts in their field. Useful backgrounds include: Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Retail/Utilities Sales or any Customer Sales role. You will enjoy direct selling and finding solutions for customers. You will be astute, confident, professional, polite, happy working individually and in a team Excellent communication and problem solving skills Happy with door-to-door sales A passion for our life changing product and service Field, door to door sales experience is advantageous but is not essential.
