Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlichkeit für die umfassende Betreuung komplexer Logistikprojekte in Deutschland und Europa. Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, das Projektmanagement, die Implementierung, die Schulung, die Inbetriebnahme und die Anlaufbegleitung für neue Kunden.
  • Mit der Unterstützung aus Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement und Kundenservice begleiten Sie unsere Neukunden durch die Einführung unseres Lagerverwaltungssystems und sorgen als technischer und logistischer Sparringspartner für zeitnahe Entscheidungen.
  • Konfiguration von Topologien, Strategien und Prozessen im Lagerverwaltungssystem, die Leitung des Testmanagements mit Unterstützung des Kunden und des internen Entwicklungsteams sowie die Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Softwarelieferung.
  • Sie achten auf Chancen und Risiken, behalten Zeit, Kosten und Qualität im Auge und schaffen einen transparenten und organisierten Rahmen für erfolgreiche Projekte, ob nach einem Wasserfall- oder agilen Ansatz.
  • Projekte sind dynamisch, und Sie gehen geschickt mit Herausforderungen und Konflikten um. Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken, proaktive Kommunikation und rechtzeitige (De-)Eskalation sind Ihre wichtigsten Stärken.


Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Industrieingenieurwesens oder der Logistik oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in komplexen IT-Projekten und Fachwissen über Logistikprozesse.
  • Lösungsanforderungen in unserer Warehouse Management Software SuPCIS-L8 zu konfigurieren, zu testen und dem Kunden Best Practices mit an die Hand zu geben.
  • Solides Fachwissen in den Bereichen Logistik und IT mit Vorerfahrung in WMS/ERP-Themen.
  • Sie sind IT-affin, arbeiten sich schnell in neue Tools ein und haben Lust, sich mit unseren Produkten vertraut zu machen.
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch, mit guten bis sehr guten Englischkenntnissen.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, insbesondere für Kundenbesuche, Inbetriebnahmen und Projektbesprechungen.
  • Wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend erforderlich: Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und in relationalen Datenbanken.
  • Sie zeichnen sich als positiver, kreativer und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer aus, der über ausgeprägtes logisches Denkvermögen und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügt.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung mit einer "Can-Do"-Mentalität und haben Freude am erfolgreichen Abschluss von Projekten.
  • Sie besitzen ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und behalten den Überblick über Projektmeilensteine und Ergebnisse stets im Blick.
