Are you an experienced Engineering Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager with a passion for creating efficient and cost-effective solutions? We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team and play a critical role in managing and supporting our engineering teams, enhancing service delivery, and driving operational excellence.
Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring they are fully prepared for all scheduled shifts, including day, night, in-hours, and out-of-hours work
Oversee job quoting, with training available as needed, and manage job opportunities and billing processes within our CRM
Monitor Profit & Loss on jobs, working closely with our finance team to ensure that all projects meet margin targets and scope is accurately billed
Strong understanding of data cabling; EPOS, digital signage) is a plus
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and browser-based CRM systems
Experience in labour management and a network of engineering contacts is highly desirable
2,000 annual out-of-hours bonus
