What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts. Shape and execute creative strategies that drive real results for healthcare brands. Oversee projects and campaigns - managing budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring exceptional delivery. Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership. Collaborate closely with creative, planning, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life. Contribute to new business initiatives and pitch opportunities. What You'll Bring 4+ years' experience in a similar role within healthcare communications or advertising. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Highly organised, proactive, and composed under pressure. Naturally curious, commercially minded, and passionate about creative healthcare. Strong understanding of budgeting, timelines, and project management. Knowledge of ABPI regulations. A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
