There are excellent opportunities to join our Environmental Health Service at RBWM.
Working within our Housing and Public Protection Team you will be responsible for carrying out HHSRS inspections in both single and multi-occupancy dwellings.
Licensing HMOs and investigating complaints across the range of private sector housing including mobile homes and unauthorised encampments.
For our Senior Residential role, preferably an experienced Environmental Health Officer with experience in HMO licensing, inspecting properties for HHSRS compliance and carrying out a range of housing-related enforcement; responding to complaints of nuisance, filthy and verminous premises. 32 days annual leave (inclusive of one day’s birthday leave).
