Internal Quality Assurer + Flexible Working – Up to £33,000 - Lancashire Embark on an exciting journey with our client's dynamic team as an Internal Quality Assurer, where you'll be at the forefront of supporting employees in their pursuit of vocational qualifications in Health and Social Care. As a key player in delivering top-notch assessment and verification services, you'll leverage your extensive experience as a Quality Assurer and Assessor. Based in the North West of England, this role offers the freedom of homeworking, ensuring a harmonious work-life balance with a 35-hour workweek.   • Assess and verify a diverse caseload of up to 20 candidates, ensuring compliance with VARCS requirements.
  • Conduct observations and hold remote support sessions to guide candidates through their coursework.
  • Collaborate with assessors, providing constructive feedback on assessment judgements.
  • Conduct internal quality assurance checks for Vocational Awards, maintaining meticulous records of progress and completions.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
