International Events Group looking to bring on board an Head Chef to lead an exciting new restaurant launch in their portfolio.
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Keep time and payroll records
Proven working experience as a Head Chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office,restaurant managementsoftware, POS)
The ideal candidate will be coming from a restaurant background.
