Join Us as a Framework Lead Are you ready to step into a pivotal role? We’re seeking a dynamic Framework Lead to cover maternity leave for our Framework Manager on the Southern Water contract. This is your chance to lead the mobilization and ongoing operations of a significant project, all within a commutable distance to beautiful Falmer. Location: Falmer, East Sussex Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time – Flexible and part-time hours may be available, just let us know Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Your Responsibilities As our Framework Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a contract valued at approximately £1bn. Your expertise will guide the design and build activities across a diverse portfolio of non-infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects spanning Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing excellent relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met while leading project teams to deliver successful outcomes that enhance both client and Kier values. Monitoring and controlling financial aspects of design and build contracts, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards as per Kier's Operating Framework. Programming projects in P6 to ensure operational teams have the necessary detail for successful delivery, while maintaining contractual compliance. Identifying opportunities for improving contractual processes and implementing effective plans for change. Overseeing the production of progress reports, updated costs, forecasts, and ensuring proper commercial engagement with subcontractors. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if: You are a senior specialist with proven experience in utilities, infrastructure, or built environment sectors. You have a comprehensive understanding of health and safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM Regulations. You possess excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness. You hold a relevant degree and have achieved chartered status or possess an appropriate professional qualification.
