This is an 18-month fixed term project focused on supporting an ERP implementation within the organisation. You will play a key role in transforming and standardising finance processes and master data across multiple business
segments, ensuring alignment with global templates and compliance frameworks.
Location & Travel
Travel requirement: assessed on project needs.
Act as a subject matter expert for finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and make key process decisions during design workshops.
Ensure compliance with global finance standards, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and governance frameworks.
Co-lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance processes.
Drive organisational change and support end-user training and adoption.
Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve issues promptly.
Define KPIs for ERP-enabled finance processes and monitor post-go-live performance.
Project Phases
Design: Analyse local processes, assess data structures, and perform FIT/GAP analysis against global templates.
Planning: Develop rollout strategies, approve documentation, and support change management activities.
Ensure consistent implementation across sites, oversee testing, and lead post-go-live improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred).
~5+ years of finance experience in an industrial environment, with strong costing knowledge.
~ Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
~ Experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
~ Flexible and adaptable to evolving circumstances
