We are looking for an individual to join us as our Legal Counsel for our Group & Knowledge Solutions functions.
The Group Legal team comprises of qualified lawyers (some based internationally in the United States and Asia) and includes the Company Secretarial and Compliance & Ethics sub functions. It works closely with the Group’s senior leadership team. Your role will be to provide legal and commercial expertise to BSI Group as a member of the team.
Providing legal support to BSI Group on a wide range of commercial matters as a member of the Group Legal team with a focus on commercial law.
Supporting commercial projects, including creating project plans, liaising with business colleagues, negotiating with external partners and taking the lead in drafting and concluding a wide range of contracts.
Providing advice and guidance on the Group’s obligations in the conduct of its knowledge, assurance and compliance activities in accordance with international laws, accreditation rules and industry best practice including privacy, data protection and competition law.
Good planning and organisational skills.
