Hybrid Working from Home and the Office in Bath, Somerset
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)

Working as the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent / Call Centre Customer Care Representativeyour responsibilities will include proficiently managing customer inquiries across email, social media, chat, and telephone platforms in a prompt and professional manner.
As the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent / Call Centre Customer Care Representativeyou will assume responsibility for a range of tasks, from providing product information and order updates to booking installations with the primary goal of resolving issues on the first attempt.

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent / Call Centre Customer Care Representativewill include:
~ Proficiently managing customer inquiries across email, social media, chat, and telephone channels with both promptness and professionalism

~ Taking ownership of a wide array of tasks, ranging from providing product information and order updates to addressing complaints, with the constant aim of achieving resolution on the initial attempt

~ Undertaking any additional reasonable duties as necessary to ensure all our customers receive an exceptional experience

Demonstrable experience gained in a high volume B2C customer service centre

~ Experience in handling and owning complaints through to resolution and to timescales

~ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Google Analytics
