Posizione
La risorsa sarà inserita nell’area Supply Chain, a diretto riporto del Supply Chain Manager, ed agirà come punto di riferimento per l’area logistica e spedizioni, sia di import che di export.
L’inserimento si configura all’interno della strategia dell’impresa di rivedere profondamente i processi chiave che governano l’area operations e, in particolare, l’intero processo di gestione delle spedizioni in ingresso ed in uscita, incluso i tool informatici che lo supportano.
Gestione della documentazione di trasporto e delle pratiche doganali
Aggiornamento delle informazioni di anagrafica prodotti/ clienti/ fornitori con riferimento ad informazioni doganali (nomenclature, aspetti daziari) e di resa della merce
Costante contatto con i clienti per condivisione della documentazione necessaria all’espletamento di tutte le formalità logistiche e doganali in fase di vendita
Coordinamento della distribuzione delle merci
Supporto e coordinamento con funzione commerciale e team gestione magazzino per la gestione delle attività legate a spedizioni e trasporti
Predisposizione documentazione all’esportazione (DDT, CMR, lettere di vettura e packing list , dichiarazioni, ecc)
Supervisione delle pratiche di importazione, esportazione e movimentazione all’interno di magazzini di proprietà e presso terzi
Gestire le quotazioni ed offerte di servizi di trasporto, rispondere alle richieste della clientela, trovare le soluzioni di trasporto più idonee, assicurarsi che i trasporti si svolgano nei tempi e modalità accordati, instaurare e mantenere relazioni commerciali con i fornitori con riferimento agli aspetti logistici e di trasporto
Esperienza qualificata in area logistica/ trasporti/ export di almeno 5 anni, di cui una quota prevalente all’interno di contesti complessi multi- paese
Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di sistemi informativi (ERP) internazionali ed evoluti, con particolare riferimento alle aree gestione magazzini, ordini di acquisto, ordini di vendita, informazioni logistico/ doganali di anagrafica articoli; la conoscenza dell’ERP MS Business Central (ex Navision) costituisce un plus
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Buona conoscenza di MS Excel e discreta conoscenza di sistemi di Business Intelligence costituiscono requisito preferenziale
Ottima conoscenza dei processi “core” di relativi ad acquisti e spedizioni in uscita e della relativa documentazione (aspetti doganali, clausole passaggio proprietà e resa, ecc)
Una conoscenza anche discreta dei principali approcci produttivi (MTO, MTS, ecc) e del processo di pianificazione/ programmazione/ schedulazione costituisce un plus e una buona comprensione delle logiche di lean production e miglioramento continuo
Esperienza nella gestione di magazzini presso terzi/ conto lavoristi, pratiche AEO, coinvolgimento in progetti di implementazione ERP e/o integrazione con portali vettori costituiscono un plus
