We'd like you to join us as a Staff Nurse - RMN service in Birmingham. The purpose-built hospital with a capacity for 32 people aims to provide high-quality intensive treatment in a safe and caring environment. As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include ensuring the welfare and safety of all patients at the highest possible standard, creating individualized care plans, updating them daily, administering and recording medication, and liaising effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers. You will also monitor and develop the performance of support workers and use a person-centered approach to meet the individual needs of each patient with privacy, dignity, and respect. Acting as the Primary Nurse, you will have overall responsibility for the nursing residents receive, including nursing assessments and care planning. Additionally, you will contribute to multidisciplinary team working, risk assessment management, and ongoing clinical improvement. Providing written nursing reports for statutory and clinical review processes is also part of the role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a current NMC Pin registration and a legal right to work in the UK.
