The regional sales account manager will be the face of JoVE within the UK library community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new business and maintain existing customer relationships. Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close & meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
· Schedule meetings with libraries “in-person” and present the products to faculty, staff and administration at universities and colleges within your region.
· Work effectively with other team members in the territory to deliver on sales targets, team projects and various campaigns for the region.
· Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of sales activity.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to ensure customer needs are being met.

A bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years of field sales experience. Library or Publishing sales experience is preferred.
· A demonstrated passion for science and education, academic experience in the sciences preferred.
· Confidence in dealing with university academics and librarians.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for in-person customer meetings (all travel expenses reimbursed).
