Geotechnical Estimator - Doncaster
£37,000 to £45,000 per annum + company car or car allowance
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours) – Hybrid

We are currently looking for a Geotechnical Estimator to join our Doncaster based client. This role will involve basic design and estimation. The role will involve you meeting clients across the UK.

You will have at least 2 years of experience within a geotechnical environment; whether it be as an estimator, designer, consultant or engineer as training will be provided, and be confident to speak to clients.

  • Annual bonus up to 15% of basic salary
  • 26 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, increasing one day after 2 years of service



What will the Geotechnical Estimator be doing?

This list is not exhaustive, and a full job description will be provided upon discussion

  • Preparing competitive and accurate tender designs
  • Identify the most suitable, safe and cost effective operational solutions for tenders
  • Identify opportunities to upsell
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all stages of the process including site visits, face to face meetings and online meetings when required
  • Follow up with customers after tenders



What we are looking for in the Geotechnical Estimator?

  • Must have a UK Driving License
  • Minimum 2 years experience in ground investigation, ground engineering or geotechnical setting
  • Willing to travel across the UK to attend meetings and site visits
  • Competent Microsoft Office User
  • Confident talking to clients
