To assist with temporary contracts, inform managers and chase accordingly;
To assist with probation period reviews and appraisals, send appropriate forms to managers and chase accordingly;
To take part in Human Resources-related projects and provide assistance, views and feedback when required;
Update and maintain the staff database and providing statistical HR-reports when required;
To update and maintain the HR policies and procedures and to monitor the onboarding and offboarding processes and provide feedback when required;
To contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR systems and strategies;
Dealing with recruitment; placing advertisements, arranging selection interviews and all other administrative tasks related to recruitment;
Act in accordance with, all P&O Ferrymasters policies.
