Are you a senior commissioning manager looking to work for a company that has a major presence in nearly every sector in the construction industry? Do you have experience of working in the data centre sector and are familiar with ASHRAE standards?

Then our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies , is the company for you. We are looking for an experienced senior commissioning manager to join the team on our NTT LON 01 data centre phase 2 & 3, 24 MW across 4 data halls located in Dagenham.

What will the role look like?

  • Responsibility for the Cx tagging process and commissioning of all Building Services Systems.
  • Taking the project from handover through design, manufacture , installation , commissioning , and soft landing period. Following NTT commissioning procedures in line with ASHRAE
  • Managing sub-contractor packages, as well as planning and overseeing all commissioning activities and issuing documentation .
  • Responsibility for the delivery and handover of complex MEP systems
  • Overall responsibility for health and safety management on all managed projects.
  • Working in a high pressure and fast-moving environment .

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • CSA CM2 or equivalent experience .
  • Proven track record of commissioning management in the construction industry with experience in data centre facilities .
  • Experience in producing and managing a programme of works.
  • Significant experience working to budgets of £0.5m - £5m.
  • Experience of issuing Cx tagging to data centre MEP plant and components.
  • Experience of managing health and safety in a construction environment .
