Read below and find out what opportunity awaits you. About the role: The Operational Improvement Team is currently engaged in several crucial projects and the introduction of a new KPI process. Implementation of this process spans across Legacy Ponds and supply chain frameworks. The team aims to facilitate improvement at a plant-based level by assisting and directing supervision and operators to achieve sustainable operational enhancements. Collaborating within plant focus teams to assess and explore operational improvements and initiate change. Providing guidance and coaching to the operational supervision team for the attainment of operational and support KPIs. Requirements: Practical problem-solving using B.I and C.I tools. Inputting into the balanced scorecard tool Managing action closeout at supervision and plant level C. Quality skills are required Understanding of the NCR process.
