Runwood Homes is one of the UK’s largest residential elderly care providers recently placed in the top 20 care home groups in the uk. Rose House Care Home is a 61-bed, high quality, residential care and dementia care home opening in Armthorpe, Doncaster in Spring 2024, we currently have an exciting opportunity to head up the commissioning of the home as our Commissioning Home Manager.

The care home manager job role:
Provide staff management, support, and development.
Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
To liaise with and co-operate with CQC inspectors and with their inspections.
Person specification of the care home manager:
~ You will ne NVQ Level 5 or working towards, a background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. You will also have a background in leading a team to deliver care. What is essential is a brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with others. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
