NUSA STUDIOS is a social-first content studio. We’re an agile team of 12 in-house creatives, producers, shooters and editors.
Founded during the pandemic, we’ve created thumb-stopping content for some of the world's most recognised brands including Ford, Casio & Nandos, as well as a few of the hottest startups such as Surreal, Lucky Saint & Lick.
We’re looking for a resourceful and driven, full-time marketing manager to join us on our mission in creating the best social-first content on the planet.
Developing a deep understanding of our target customer through market research activity.
You’ll be customer obsessed and focussed on ensuring our proposition is not only relevant, but front of mind with our target prospects as you help us build a highly qualified sales pipeline.
Building and executing all aspects of our marketing plan across events, content, social, PR, case studies, thought-leadership material, awards, SEO, PPC etc.
Allocate and manage a marketing budget, ensuring a good ROI on all spend.
Regularly tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing KPIs.
Helping us create and deliver an unrivalled employee value proposition and make us one of the most desirable studios to work at.
Someone who can join us and take the lead with our marketing, working across the usual channels but feels confident to explore newer and less-used tactics too.
Ultimately, drive growth to help us achieve our business and marketing objectives.
3+ years experience in a marketing role at an agency or service business (rather than a product based business).
~ A great understanding of the following industries: production/marketing/social media.
~ Have worked in a busy agency environment or equivalent before, and are comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
~ Confident producing written content: short and long form. With the ability to create compelling decks and emails to win projects and attract new clients.
~ Basic creative skills like graphic asset editing and video editing.
~ Experience using project management and CRM tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Trello, Hubspot, or similar.
~ Exciting, fun and fast-paced creative studio environment.

~⛳25 days holiday (+ bank holidays).
~#Yearly NUSA holiday (we took the team to Cyprus last year)
~⌚35-40k (Depending on experience)
