*About Us**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME * We are looking for an experienced Service/Installation Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems across the Midlands and 3-hour perimeter of the surrounding area. Installation work will be expected with demand. We endeavour to work within parameters of a working day however due to the nature of the work/travelling overtime will be expected + on Call rota. *Key Responsibilities** Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment such as AHUs, VRVs, Split Systems, Fan Coils, and Chillers. * Inspect and work on components, including heat pumps, valves, and pipework. * Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues effectively. * Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose and replace faulty parts. * Troubleshoot faults with precision. * Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project completion. *Key Skills** Relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning engineering. * Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems (essential)* Skilled in pipework for varied system installations. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork. * Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team. * Full UK driving licence *Benefits Package** 20 days of paid holiday, plus bank holidays (earn an extra day per year, up to 5 additional days). * Employer pension contributions. * Company mobile phone/tablet. * Company vehicle provided for work use, along with a fuel card. * Gym membership (available after the probationary period). *Position Details** *Job Type*: Full-time * *Salary *up to £44,000.00 per year (depending on experience)* *Hours*: Minimum 37.5 per week + Overtime * *Location*: Mobile: Midlands and approx. 3hour perimeter of surrounding area. *Required Experience and Qualifications** *Experience*: Minimum 3 years in AC engineering (required). * *Licence/Certification*: Valid driving licence (required). * *F gas Certificate *(required)*Please note: This role is subject to a DBS check and references.* For further information, please contact us at 01752 910250.
