Develop and implement a cutting-edge data and AI strategy.
Foster a data-driven culture and demonstrate the transformative power of data and AI to clients.
Collaborate with senior leadership to leverage data and AI for enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and data needs.
Design and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that add tangible value.
Provide expert guidance on data and AI best practices and emerging trends.
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
Data Management
Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of client and operational data.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models.
Stay abreast of the latest AI research and trends to keep us at the forefront of technological advancements.
Partner with internal teams and clients to integrate data and AI solutions into services.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for data monetization and AI-driven products and services.
Evaluate, select, and implement the latest tools and technologies for data processing, analytics, and AI.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data and AI infrastructure within the MSP context.
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
~10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
~ Proven track record of developing and executing successful data and AI strategies in a tech-led organization.
~ Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
~ Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights for clients.
~ Microsoft SQL
