Registered Home Manager - Dementia & Elderly Care Location: High Wycombe Salary: £50,000 per annum + 20% Bonus Are you passionate about delivering the highest standard of care? If so, this could be the perfect role for you Compass Associates are proud to partner with a valued client in recruiting for a Registered Manager for a medium-sized nursing home based in High Wycombe. This home specializes in dementia and elderly care. We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented leader who can effectively supervise and inspire both individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and have a deep understanding of the needs of elderly residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Promote resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Lead and nurture a team, ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.
  • Be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours.
Requirements:
  • Nurse Qualification or NVQ Level 5 (or higher) in care or relevant qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks for care homes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience managing care homes with evidence of strong CQC compliance.
  • Experience with electronic care systems - Essential
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a care setting.
