This role offers an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to collaborate closely with two esteemed Partners, whilst forming part of a small but well established team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to handle work independently, taking on cases from the partners while nurturing the ambition to develop their own client base. Supervising and delegating tasks to junior team members will also be a pivotal aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad spectrum of employment law matters including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, whistle-blowing claims, TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, redundancy, general advisory, and senior executive exits.
  • Confidently communicate and build rapport with clients.
  • Independently manage caseloads.
  • Actively engage in business development activities including presenting at conferences and seminars.
  • Provide effective support to partners and supervise junior team members.
  • Demonstrate a passion for nurturing the careers of junior lawyers.
