As a People and Talent all-rounder, this role has a clear objective: to build an environment that attracts top talent and empowers them to deliver their best work. With ambitious global expansion plans, Paydock is charging our new Head of People with setting the workforce and talent strategies that will future-proof the business and set up our people for long-term success. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small team that has made great strides in establishing a robust people and talent function.
