This role is focused on Bermudian/US Casualty Claims so a successful applicant must have this experience.

Handling of Casualty claims placed in Bermuda
Reviewing and analysing the overall claims portfolio and implementing efficiency and consistency of approach
Identify risk, review the details and prepare claims file accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining in-house and external computerised claims records.

Minimum 3 years of casualty claims expertise in London and/or Bermuda Market, ideally working on US business
Strong knowledge of the relevant aspects of the Law of Agency and the Law of Contract to be able to perform the Principal Tasks
Experience and competency in MS Office and ECF
