  • Provisioning and booking of specialist studio spaces.
  • Data analysis as required and ability to pull effective reports.
  • Excellent analytical know how and skills to problem solve and seek solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Work to seek efficiencies in process and be part of a working group to investigate system unification and compatibility challenges.

About you

As well as the above, you will have proven experience of timetabling/scheduling in a largescale Higher Education environment. You will have excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail, a high level of literacy and numeracy and strong analytical skills. You will also be able to illustrate intermediate Excel and database interrogation skills and possess excellent IT skills, to be able to pick up new processes and work across multiple software packages. Evidence of building cooperative working relationships within a team and across the organisation, in relation to problem identification and resolution would also be beneficial. You will manage your time well to ensure that all deadlines are achieved, and that staff and students have accurate and timely information relating to timetables and bookings. You will be a proactive and motivated individual who will work to continuously improve the service we deliver with particular focus on the student experience.

Please submit a CV and covering letter via our online portal, outlining how you meet the criteria included in the attached Job description.
