Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)
Henry Schein One provides a multitude of services in the dental sector. With Henry Schein One we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT (Software of Excellence) which is a server based and Dentally which provides cloud-based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and motivated individual to join Henry Schein One. As part of our growing team, you will work alongside our internal sales team to nurture and develop upsell opportunities.
At Henry Schein One, the SDR role is pivotal to the commercial success of the business and helps drive the best outcomes for our customers. Our SDRs are empowered to manage their own sales pipeline and work collaboratively to determine the best sales opportunities across departments.
This role involves using a variety of technology and software including HubSpot CRM to identify and qualify leads as they move through the early stages of the sales process.

What you’ll do
- Book outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach (Calls, email, social media, networking and independent research)
- Qualify inbound leads from internal referrers and direct enquiries from our customers.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, working closely with marketing and our customer success teams to align on strategy and the best customer solutions.
- Attend regular 1-1 and team feedback and support sessions.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in software)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
