Position Overview: As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management operations within our portfolio. You will lead a team of property managers, ensuring efficient management of residential and commercial properties, fostering tenant satisfaction, and maximising asset performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of property management practices.

Lead and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise property performance and achieve operational goals.
Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue generation.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting property management operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven ability to effectively manage teams, budgets, and projects.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
