As an experienced learning and development specialist you will bring a focus on leadership growth and life skills, you will excel in designing and delivering tailored programmes to meet organisational needs. Through engaging workshops and coaching sessions, you will empower colleagues to enhance their leadership abilities and develop their essential life skills. Deliver training to colleagues across the business on a variety of topics including induction, technical, soft skills, and e-learning as required.
Work collaboratively across the business to update/maintain training materials to keep them in line with organisational requirements.
As needed consult with external suppliers to ensure high quality Learning & Development experiences.
To implement the Learning and Development strategy, including Development Needs Analysis, Personal Development Planning and, talent and succession planning.
Update and maintain the administration within Learning & Development, including the learning management system.
Level 3 L&D qualification completed (CIPD advantageous)
