Priority Appointments is a well-established and highly regarded Recruitment Consultancy based in Basingstoke servicing customers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. The main purpose of the role is to identify, attract, and interview candidates to fulfil precise business briefs and client requirements, whilst going above and beyond, delivering exceptional customer service and care.

•Over 500 five star reviews for excellent customer service
•24-26k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of 28-33k
•30pm Monday Friday
•23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days

Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service with a warm, friendly, and resilient attitude
•Professional, warm and friendly telephone manner
Providing support to the Client Relationship Management team in providing the most suitable candidates in a timely manner
•Interviewing and registering candidates via telephone and video calls
•Maintaining and nurturing a database of existing candidates
•Proactively tracking and managing the candidate journey by keeping up-to-date with candidates' job search, ensuring excellent communication and customer care
