An exciting start-up working in the aviation industry that builds cutting-edge airport management systems is looking at expanding their team by bringing on a Product Specialist. They're going through a huge period growth after their impressive $12.6 million in Series A funding with their products used by millions of passengers globally across 60+ airports.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with the sales team leveraging a marketing mindset to deliver complelling demos , translate technical features into customer benefits and create essential sales tools that highlight USPs
  • Handle complex product queries whilst aiding the bid team with your product expertise
  • Create and maintain essentail product documentation
  • Design and deliver training through webinars, How-to videos and eLearning materials
  • Define and communicate the products unique value and create persuasive content for documents and their websites

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales
  • Solid background in the aviation industry
  • Understanding of value selling and marketing principles
  • Tech savvy with experience supporting B2B technology products
