Our Goal is to provide professional and superior client services.We do this by hiring the very best candidates and combining them with our highly experienced and professional team of brokers allowing us to deliver services second to none.

Nexus Broking is now seeking to hire Equity Index Derivative Brokers . The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in one of our EMEA offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Monaco or Dubai. As a key player you will be part of a growing and experienced team of Equity Cash and Derivative professionals. You will receive market leading remuneration along with an array of normal corporate benefits in line with the position.

Main responsibilities within the position include:

  • Product development, designing appropriate strategies to further progress the revenues of the desk.
  • Identifying and launching new revenue streams.
  • Liaising with relevant exchanges and or regulatory bodies.
  • Creating and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identifying new clients to on-board, assisting internal teams where required to finalise on-boarding.
  • Staying informed on the global financial markets, regulatory developments, and emerging trends to provide informed recommendations to potential clients and current clients.
  • Managing and mitigating risks where necessary.

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience working as a broker in Equity Derivatives.
  • Self-Motivating, proactive, and able to show initiative to complete deliverables on time.
  • Strong attention to detail whilst remaining aware of the big picture.
  • Easily adaptable and able to embrace changing landscapes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Multilingual would be beneficial.
