Position Overview:  Lead the operational supply chain team to ensure the supply of parts and products aligns with business needs. The key to success is to ensure that best practice procedures and relevant KPIs are achieved for order book management, inventory management and supplier performance in line with our operational plan (OTIF/Inventory/buffer stock). 
Develop and implement supply chain activities aligned with business objectives.
Conduct regular reports and data analysis on supplier OTIF and inventory measures.
Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
Monitor and maintain inventory targets, implementing waste reduction strategies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the supply chain.
Monitor on-time delivery and forecast accuracy, driving corrective actions as needed.
Understanding of all manufacturing processes required in the manufacture of components or assemblies bought in.
