Due to our continued goal of delivering exceptional experiences to both internal and external candidates, as well as our internal customers, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team for 18 months. You will be based at our Global Offices in Shoreditch, supporting the international recruitment team. Our team is agile, customer-focused, and proactive. If you’re curious, customer-focused, well-organized, and have a track record in recruitment (agency or internal), this could be the role for you.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies
Support of administrative recruitment tasks:
Initial candidates contact via telephone.
Participating in projects on an as-needed basis
Preference given to applicants with multi country recruitment experience.
Experience with any ATS and core MS Office 365 products: Outlook, Excel, and Word
