Maintain accurate records of staff absences, cover arrangements, and the performance of supply staff.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of cover supervisors and supply teachers, providing feedback and support as necessary.
Policy Implementation: Implement and uphold school policies and procedures related to staff absence and cover management.
Educational Background: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics; a degree or equivalent qualifications in education or management is desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting, with a strong understanding of school operations.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the secondary school curriculum and educational environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
Meticulous attention to detail in planning and record-keeping.
