Simply Education are looking for a Branch Manager for the Cheshire office of Simply Education. We are keen to hear from Senior Consultants looking to take that next step into management or a Branch Manager or Business Manager maybe looking for a sector change into Education Recruitment.

We are keen to hear from people with range of experience in different recruitment sectors who are maybe looking for career progression or sector change into education recruitment.

You would be supported by our outstanding learning and development team who take you through the inhouse management training programme, setting you up with all the skills needed to become a great Team Leader.

We have fantastic relationships with are schools and candidates across the county, and we are excited to welcome a new addition to our family orientated team.

Driving and encouraging teams’ performance via incentives and KPI’s
Mentoring and coaching consultants within the branch.
Reporting and analysing data for the senior management team.
Conducting 1-1’s with the consultants to drive performance and service levels within the branch.
You will be developing and managing client and candidate relationships and expectations (ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards in education).
Business development calls and arranging client meetings with schools in the local area to support their recruitment needs.
Conducting 1-1’s with the consultants monthly to drive performance, service levels and development of the team.
Competitive salary.
~ Rewarding commission structure which pays up to 20% of billings with yearly accelerator bonus payments on achieving specific targets.
~ Quarterly Branch Manager bonus based on budgets achieved for the overall branch performance.
~ Seasonal events, summer conference and MCG awards evening.
~ In house L&D team who are on hand to deliver exceptional training giving you the best start to your career in management by accessing our management development programme (MDP)
