Project Overview:
Intellias is one of the fastest-growing software engineering partners in the CEE with a 40-50% YoY growth rate. The company is founder-led and backed by a private equity fund Horizon Capital. For over 20 years, we’ve been combining engineering craftsmanship, technology expertise, and industry insights to build mission-critical projects and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.
Traditionally, Intellias has been particularly strong in serving clients in Mobility, Telecom & Media, Financial Services & Insurance, Retail, and Digital, with a robust footprint in the EU (especially the DACH region) and in the USA, including Fortune 500 companies. The company unites 3200 IT professionals within engineering hubs in Portugal, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Bulgaria, Colombia, India, and representative offices in the US, the UK, Germany, and the UAE. Intellias is currently searching for a Business Development Director for our Digital Segment in the UK.
Minimum of 6 years in selling technology solutions / IT services with an expert understanding of several verticals - Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate, Edtech, Supply Chain and Logistics, Healthcare, Pharma, Energy and Utilities sales best practices and possess a client-focused outlook
# Proven track record of personal success in selling high-value complex deals to any of these market verticals with an established network of clients and contacts
# Possess significant experience in bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery and able to demonstrate the ability to take a lead role in opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercials, and solutions
# Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives, conveying the value proposition of the Intellias suite of services, and explaining in clear terms how Intellias can help the C-Level executive to execute their business strategy
# Strong commercial and contractual acumen
# as well as tailoring Intellias’s value propositions to clients to drive New Logo acquisition
# Utilizing your deep industry insights and your expertise in business development, and building sustainable business relationships
# Seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and delivering against a sales and in-year revenue target with quality, profitable and sustainable wins
# Establishing and nurturing strong relationships is key and you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ business, and the industry challenges they are likely to be facing and develop a point of view on how Intellias could work with them to resolve their business issues/challenges
# Pursue deal shaping and development of tailored proposals, steering the proposal quality
