Business Development Executive

up to £30k basic OTE £60k+

Nottingham

Harper recruitment group are working in partnership with an innovative office solutions company, with exciting plans for growth this is a great opportunity to join the talented Sales team.

The day to day:

- Identify, target, and develop business opportunities across the UK
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Managing pipeline and sales strategies
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Attendance at events, exhibitions and trade shows where relevant
- Set up meetings with potential clients and identifying their needs and concerns
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e. product and marketing
- Reporting and analysis on KPI's, pipeline and product performance in key markets

**Who are we looking for?**
- Clear commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude
- Successful track record selling within office/printing solutions or workwear industries preferred, but not essential
- Proven experience with building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
- Driven to win - Ambitious and results oriented, and is resilient, tenacious, positive, and determined
