Role
You will manage the processing of sales invoices and settlement reports for some of Bango’s key revenue streams within the Group. You will manage accounts payable bookings for individual entities within the Group. You will liaise and co-ordinate with other finance personnel to ensure that items are correctly booked into the Group financial system, Microsoft Dynamics.
Hybrid role requiring three days in the office which should include Tuesdays.
This role reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
All aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Credit control
Foreign currency transactions
Assist and prepare supporting documents for the audit
Preferred
Demonstrable experience in a vibrant and active finance role
Experience in either Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or, preferably both
Familiarity in posting of all invoices and journals within a financial accounting system
Experience in the preparation of data reconciliations
Comfortable with handling and posting transactions in multiple currencies
Good understanding of financial systems
Fluent written and verbal English skills
Curious and keen to listen and learn
Strong communication skills; able to effectively work with varied internal and external stakeholders
Flexible, able to travel on occasions as required
