Description

Accounts Payable Assistant will:

  • Process invoices and reconcile billing statements
  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing
  • Coordinate with other accounting team members
  • Adhere to company procedures and accounting principles

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • A good understanding of accounting principles
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
