Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser required. Our client is a well-established mortgage brokerage, and due to the influx of enquiries are looking for experienced and competent mortgage advisers to join their growing team. The role is fully remote so you can live and work anywhere in the UK
Our client is a directly authorised, nationwide, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Yorkshire and has been trading for just over a decade.
You will be able to advise over the phone/video call or face-to-face meetings can be arranged if you prefer.
Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser Position Overview
Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers
Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies
Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help them make an informed decision
Assess clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
