Job Description
We are looking for a Data & Resources Officer who is enthusiastic about serving those living in poverty by providing excellent customer service to our supporters.
Our team enables our transformative work around the world by serving our UK based supporters. The successful candidate will be working on one of our front lines providing a personal link and building relationships between our supporters and ourselves. Your role will involve answering supporter queries by email, letter and answering telephone calls from supporters; as well as to carry out additions, deletions and amendments to the supporter database, in order to maintain and increase the accuracy of the database.
The role involves answering supporter queries and working with an external fulfilment house to ensure that orders are sent out in a timely manner.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a desire to serve our supporters with professional excellence in a busy environment. They will set themselves high standards of working with speed and accuracy as they record information on our supporter database.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- a flexible team player
- able to learn quickly
- organised and able to juggle competing priorities

This role is full time working 35 hours a week and can be largely home based, but the person in this role will need to work from the Teddington offices regularly.
