You will lead on the delivery of this project, with the support of the wider HR function. You will also work towards strengthening the reward offer to make a more complete benefits package this may see you looking at enhanced pension provisions, new benefits platforms or more structured incentive programmes.
As you might expect, you will be expected to provide sound data to support changes to the provision and will need to utilise strong stakeholder engagement skills when making recommendations.
We are looking for a total reward specialist (manager/ consultant/ partner) with experience of annual pay review, bonus calculations, delivery of pensions and benefits provisions. Evidence of creating or refining pay frameworks and introduction of new benefits will stand you in good stead for this role, as will any additional projects previously delivered in performance related pay, pensions or payroll. This role will be a mix of home and office working so flexibility to get to the office typically twice a week, is needed.
