Job Description

Position Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at InfraRec, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to connect talented professionals with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment expertise to clients.
    • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
    • Identify and source top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
    • Negotiate job offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
    • Provide candidates with valuable career guidance and support.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics.
    • Use market knowledge to advise clients and candidates on hiring strategies and career decisions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with fellow recruiters and support staff to share knowledge and best practices.
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
